BidFTA is hiring an Associate in Georgetown, KY to deliver outstanding customer service at our online auction pickup locations. This part-time position focuses on guiding bidders through the pickup process, answering questions, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing checkouts, and accurately describing auction items. The role offers a fast-paced, casual setting with growth opportunities as we expand our nationwide centers.

Pay: $14.50

Hours: Monday - Friday

Open Shift: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Close Shift: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Flexible scheduling may also be available based on employee availability and operational needs.

Job Description

Being an Associate is a crucial role here at BidFTA. They are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our bidders to return. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and being an Associate is one of the best ways to start out here at BidFTA. This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail. We're a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of!

This is a part-time position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
