BidFTA in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a part-time Associate to provide exceptional customer service during auction pickups. You will help bidders, keep the workspace tidy, and ensure accurate item descriptions to encourage repeat business.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and comfortable using an IOS device. Shifts vary across open/mid/close times.

Pay: $14.50

Hours: Monday - Friday

Open Shift: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Close Shift: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Flexible scheduling may also be available based on employee availability and operational needs.

Job Description

Being an Associate is a crucial role here at BidFTA. They are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our bidders to return. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and being an Associate is one of the best ways to start out here at BidFTA. This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail. We’re a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process

This is a part-time position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
