Dave & Buster's in Dallas is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across front- and back-of-house areas under the General Manager. You will oversee staffing, training, budgets, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.

You will analyze financials, drive revenue, manage costs, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and operational standards

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
