Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management analysis, business analysis, workforce planning, QMS / ISO 9001 documentation, and related areas.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001/QMS, PMP/CAPM, Agile/Scrum or similar are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert business analysis and technical support to Coast Guard Yard and SFLC initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning efforts and assist with workforce training plans and studies.
• Conduct parametric studies on production/workforce sizing for staffing thresholds.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management System and Financial Operations documentation.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 recertification, Desk Guides, and Process Guides; update documentation for quality.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments and leadership to translate findings into practical recommendations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, systems engineering, operations, public administration, logistics, quality management, finance, workforce planning, or a related field
