Job summary

Revere Staffing Partners Corp in Seymour, CT seeks a hands-on leader to govern the company’s Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and act as the primary quality liaison for OEM customers.

You will drive cross-functional continuous improvement, manage audits, CAPA, PPAP, IMDS, and mentor Quality Associates to resolve issues quickly and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in quality management with 5+ years auditing experience.
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems for ISO and IATF compliance.
• Lead internal, layered process, registrar and customer audits.
• Manage documentation, manuals, and procedures updates.
• Coordinate OEM activities and act as primary quality contact.
• Resolve quality issues using CAPA and core tools.
