Job summary

Thule Group AB in Seymour, CT seeks a Management Systems Engineer to develop, lead, and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, handle OEM quality requirements, conduct audits, and lead corrective actions.

The role emphasizes internal audits, external audits, and PPAP documentation, with a focus on continuous compliance and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management is required.
• 5–7 years of audit experience and related certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of management standards and their implementation.
• Excellent PPAP knowledge and submissions; experience with OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s management systems and documents to ISO/IATF standards.
• Lead internal audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Host external audits (compliance, customer, registrar).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Provide training on management systems and control processes.
• Lead OEM project meetings and report quality concerns.
