Job summary

Credera, a global consulting firm, seeks a seasoned leader to guide client programs in business and change consulting. You will mentor teams, drive program outcomes, and collaborate across capabilities to deliver strategic value.

You’ll oversee stakeholder engagement, apply Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and translate complex ideas into actionable plans. A minimum of 6 years in consulting and 4 years in project management or technical leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience or industry equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
• Able to mentor and coach junior talent.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship building.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Experience with Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Crederians to develop and execute program plans meeting client objectives.
• Conduct market research to inform future directions of client digital products.
• Advise clients on Agile practices to implement in their technology org.
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications on program updates.
• Conduct discovery workshops to document client challenges and create roadmaps.
• Coach junior talent and contribute to Practice activities and business development.
