Creo Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of consultants delivering complex M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements.

You will manage performance, set expectations, and develop strategic plans to achieve client satisfaction, while driving revenue and staff development. In this role you will supervise staffing, recruit top talent, foster business development with new and existing clients, and ensure engagements stay within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years as a manager in consulting, with large management consulting firm experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability in business development and fostering relationships with existing and new clients.

• Promotes a consulting culture that balances financial goals with client satisfaction.
