Creo Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of consultants delivering exceptional client support and complex M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements. You will recruit, develop, and manage staff, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships to exceed expectations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and a results-driven mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years as a manager in consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Masters or equivalent post graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates practice area strategy and goals to the team, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Maintains revenue, expense forecasts, and pipeline details with the Practice Area Leader.
• Promotes a consulting culture that balances financial goals with client satisfaction.
• Maintains personal billable utilization while managing team needs.
• Focuses on continuous professional development and expertise in the practice area.
• Achieves annual sales target and develops proposals/SOWs communicating client value.
• Partners with Practice Area Leader to recruit and retain a high-performing consulting team.
• Ensures staffing, training, and resources meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manages client expectations and ensures satisfaction with CREO’s delivery.
• Oversees projects to scope, schedule, budget, and quality; delivers polished client deliverables.
