Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Total Rewards, ideally from international projects.
• Experience leading complex compensation programs and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to meet clients face to face across the DACH region.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Consulting experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR.
• Familiarity with Works Councils or union environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Champion Pay Transparency: implement strategies that promote fairness and trust across organizations.
• Lead multi-workstream reward programs for clients across sectors and geographies.
• Advise on compliance with EU directives and global standards.
• Advance DE&I goals using pay transparency to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Leverage data and technology to analyze gaps and recommend solutions.
• Engage stakeholders by facilitating workshops and onboarding clients.
