Job summary

Blackwatch International Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Management (ANM3) – Low Senior to support NAVSEA PMS 470 (BBGN) Professional Support Services in the DC Metro Area. Active SECRET clearance is required for this full-time role.

The position focuses on program management, analytical support, and cross-task analysis to assist Government with recommendations and decision-making. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• Minimum relevant experience: >10 years.
• Preferred: 15 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of complex problems.
• Analyze data including budget, technical, HR, program management or development information.
• Observe operations and develop solutions to problems.
• Report findings and recommendations to Government program managers and directors.
• Prepare written reports and may deliver oral presentations.

Education

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field
