Blackwatch International Corporation seeks an Analyst, Management (ANM2) – High Mid to support NAVSEA PMS 470 contract in the DC metro area. The role requires a SECRET clearance and a background in management analysis and program support.

The position is full-time and based in Washington, DC. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven experience with Navy programs or operations analysis.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of complex problems.
• Analyze data including budget, technical information, HR, program management, or program development.
• Observe operations and develop solutions to problems.
• Report findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
• Prepare written reports and occasionally present findings orally.
• Assist in implementing recommendations as needed.
