Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience.
• Active SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship required; experience with SES/Flag level personnel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to provide senior-level recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of complex problems.
• Analyze data across budget, technical information, HR, program management, or development.
• Observe operations and develop solutions to problems.
• Report findings to Program Managers, Directors, and executives; include oral presentations when needed.
• Lead teams of senior analysts in providing support to the government.
