Blackwatch International Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Management (ANM2) – High Mid to support NAVSEA PMS 470 (BBGN) contract in the DC Metro Area. The role requires active SECRET clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with a focus on program support and management tasks across government programs. The position is full-time in the DC area, with responsibilities including data analysis, problem definition, and recommendations to Government program managers and directors.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of complex problems.
• Analyze relevant data, which may include budget information, technical information, human resources, program management, or program development.
• Observe operations and develop solutions to problems.
• While preparing recommendations, understanding the nature of the organization, its relationship with the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
• Report findings and recommendations to the Government including Program Managers and Directors.
• Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
• For some projects, management analysts will help implement the suggestions they have made.

This position is based in DC Metro Area and requires an active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or management related field
• Preferred Relevant Experience: 10 years
• Preferred Specialized Experience: 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
