Job summary

Florida is seeking a Senior Management Analyst II- SES in Tallahassee to oversee SOLI and FL-SOLARIS inventories, coordinate across divisions, and manage enterprise systems. The role emphasizes leadership, systems analysis, and program management within the DEP's Division of State Lands.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting organizational studies, preparing budget and reports, and leading critical GIS/data projects with QLIK and related tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Qlik application development and DSL software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Qlik Sense; experience with JIRA and SCRUM processes.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage priorities, and coordinate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, set work priorities, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct organizational studies to improve office procedures and budgeting.
• Present information at meetings and prepare various reports.
• Lead on Application Management Services program management, including monitoring and maintenance.
• Coordinate across divisions to align priorities with business needs.
