Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to supervise Mammography Technologist I and II, coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and liaise with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with MQSA standards.

In this role you will conduct mammography exams, lead quality assurance, participate in projects, and ensure safety and exceptional customer service. ARRT-R, ARRT-M, CMRT, and BLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-M, CMRT, BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammograms for screening, diagnostic and interventional purposes.
• Lead and mentor team; organize workflow and quality improvement.
• Act as liaison between staff, management and physicians.
• Ensure patient safety, quality outcomes and customer service.
