Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas seeks a Mammography Technologist Lead to supervise breast imaging operations, coordinate patient scheduling, and mentor technologists. You will ensure quality control, safety, and privacy while collaborating with radiologists to support high-throughput exams.

The role requires ARRT Mammography, state licensure, and at least 1 year of imaging experience; 2 years mammography preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• 1 year of medical imaging experience; 2 years mammography preferred.
• Mammography (M) by ARRT required; state licensure (Texas MRT).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and daily work assignments for the breast center.
• Lead and mentor mammography technologists; support radiologists and physicians.
• Maintain MQSA, ACR, FDA, and State standards; ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Ensure exams are scanned/stored correctly in PACS; troubleshoot equipment as needed.
