Job summary

Set Of X is seeking engineers to analyze, dissect, and reverse-engineer malware and APTs, uncovering functionality and impact. You will identify vulnerabilities and develop automation tools, collaborating with cybersecurity teams and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and 12+ years of experience preferred.
• Clearance requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, dissect, and reverse-engineer malware and APTs to uncover functionality and impact.
• Identify vulnerabilities and exploits across software, hardware, and network systems.
• Develop tools and scripts to enhance malware analysis and threat detection capabilities.
• Document findings clearly and produce detailed technical reports for internal teams and federal partners.
• Support incident response and forensic investigations as needed to protect critical systems and information.
