• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering, business, PM, accounting, finance, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Valid state driver's license.
• 10 years of qualified experience in major construction projects, project management, portfolio management, commissioning, project controls, or related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall project execution including directing, guiding, and overseeing project management functions to successfully complete assigned project.
• Implement and oversee project safety program and pursue Zero Harm.
• Report on project strategy and team needs to Generation Executive leadership with solutions for siting, regulatory, procurement, engineering and budgetary needs.
• Establish commercial contracting strategy and negotiate contracts with EPCs and engineering services.
• Drive integrated schedule across all workstreams and align with resource management.
• Maintain program budget and contingency; manage execution to meet budget targets.
• Identify and manage executive risk register and develop risk mitigation solutions.
• Lead project change management and resolve disputes while avoiding escalation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing project leadership team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with utilities, regulators, landowners, contractors, vendors.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory filings and achievement of regulatory approvals.
• Manage staffing, including employees, staff augmentation, and consultants.
• Oversee construction to deliver on time, safely, and within approved investment.
• Understand technical solutions relevant to the project work to drive solutions.
