Job summary

Mission Edge seeks a dynamic Major Gifts Manager to lead our individual fundraising and help achieve annual growth goals. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, pursuing gifts from $10,000 to $100,000+ annually.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will supervise the Development Coordinator, collaborate with program staff, and ensure ethical gift policies are followed. This is a remote role with a start date in November 2026.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of major gifts fundraising experience.
