Job summary

Jones Dairy Farm is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician on 1st or 2nd shift to lead advanced troubleshooting, drive reliability, and mentor technicians. You will partner with leadership to improve uptime and plant performance, and manage PM/PDM programs.

Candidates should have 5+ years in maintenance, expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, and strong root-cause analysis. The role offers base pay plus shift bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance technician experience with troubleshooting and reliability.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor others.
• Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems; PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex equipment issues as the primary technical resource.
• Drive safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation and eliminate failure points.
• Ensure accurate CMMS documentation of PMs and corrective maintenance.
• Evaluate and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians with knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Project Manager, Planners, and Supervisors to prioritize work and plan shutdowns.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and assist in other plant maintenance areas.
