CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of critical building systems at a client facility in Charlotte.

You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and mentor technicians in a highly automated environment. You will work closely with Automation support teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and build strong relationships with client and operations staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics to run metrics (e.g., OEE/Up Time).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+.

Responsabilités

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, etc.
• Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in a CMMS.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
