Job summary

Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair apartments and public areas. You will train staff, oversee neighborhood conditions, and act as a technical resource to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Starting at $28.50 per hour, based on experience, with overtime potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, onsite medical centers, and employee discounts on food and beverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential apartment complexes, construction, or commercial building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances; HVAC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on designated equipment following manufacturer guidelines.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Serve as lead mechanic in assigned area and oversee neighborhood condition.
