Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building, or related industry.
• Knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to resident maintenance work orders.
• Support the General Services team in resolving issues and improving resident experience.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
