Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Must have ability to adjust to new industry techniques and be familiar with new equipment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performing light maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.
