Bennett Heat Treating & Brazing Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee electrical and mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep.

This is an individual-contributor role focusing on hands-on troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance across the plant. The Maintenance Manager will handle 480V/ DC systems, pumps, furnace-related equipment, and related facilities work, while maintaining repair records, preventive programs, and safety

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and MRO inventories.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures independently.
• Self-directed work style with initiative and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical failures up to 480V AC and DC systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems, pumps, fans, motors, and hydraulic components.
• Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs and records.
• Manage MRO inventory, parts usage, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime during repairs.
• Support safety initiatives and adhere to lockout/tagout procedures.
• Assist with quality initiatives and corrective actions as needed.
• Document repair histories and maintenance activities.
