Goodwill San Diego is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform maintenance and repairs on facility structures, including preventive tasks and small projects. The role requires coordinating tasks and workers, reading blueprints, and ensuring timely completion of assignments in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities maintenance, strong electrical/plumbing knowledge, and a valid CA driver's license.

Formación

• GED or high school degree required; additional degrees preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance and repair across multiple trades.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints; mathematical calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates expertise in at least one technical area (electricity, plumbing, welding, etc.).
• Plans and implements projects of varying complexity from start to finish.
• Leads workers when required to complete assigned tasks.
• Creates and manages work orders using the maintenance system and follows procedures.
