Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our Maintenance Operations team in Wilmington, MA. You will lead complex maintenance, troubleshoot production equipment, and drive reliability improvements across facilities and systems.

This role collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety, uptime, and compliance with GMP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing
• Experience with GMP/ISO or regulated environments preferred
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Experience with equipment installation and commissioning preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system failures on production equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of furnace systems, compressed air and gas infrastructure and facility electrical system with minimal supervision.
• Administer the calibration program with schedules and traceability documentation.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for Maintenance Technician I and II and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO and confined space procedures across all shifts.
• Improve PM task lists in CMMS to raise reliability and performance.
• Lead root cause investigations for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training mentorship and maintain training records for team.
