Job summary

LightForce is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a fast-growing startup focused on digital orthodontics. You will maintain daily manufacturing operations for the orthodontic appliance production line, coordinating with hardware engineers and dental planners to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Project Manager and requires careful attention to documentation and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Third and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience including small-part, dexterous manipulation.
• Experience in 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to build products and prepare for shipment.
• Follow specs and procedures to ensure quality and traceability.
