Job summary

Manchester Industries, a Clearwater Paper Company, seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Columbia, SC location. You will operate, repair and maintain diverse paperboard processing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency, coordinating with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Journeyman status or 5+ years in maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and machining drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair diverse equipment including sheeter machines, rewinders, guillotine, forklifts and clamps.
• Operate safely and communicate effectively with production and office staff.
• Update CMMS records and assist with equipment validation projects.
• Interpret electrical drawings and assist in equipment procurement specifications.
• Work with outside contractors and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
