Job summary

FedEx is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for our Nashville area operations. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical systems, PLC/controls troubleshooting, and adaptations to complex equipment in a high-demand logistics environment.

Qualified candidates will have 4 years in industrial maintenance, with strong skills interpreting schematics, using EAM software, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics or related area preferred; associate degree advantageous.
Four (4) years in Industrial Maintenance with power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, and welding/fabrication experience.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and engineering specs for troubleshooting.
Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software is required or preferred.
