Job summary

Brava Roof Tile in McDonough, GA is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to install and remove manufacturing equipment and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs. You will mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

This role is on first shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience with automated equipment and PLCs preferred.
• Experience with work order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Generate and close out work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, motor starters, sensors.
• Troubleshoot equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and material handling systems.
• Meet deadlines with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Perform mold changes on presses and assist in equipment setup.
