Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician on a production floor
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Maintenance of machinery and equipment including repairs and installations
• Ability to diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Assemble, install, test, and inspect machines as needed

Responsibilities

• Work with production to ensure timely repair of equipment
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
• Ensure continuous operation by completing preventative maintenance
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications to complete tasks
• Document actions and communicate needs across teams
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions
• Assist in installation of new machinery and equipment
• Provide preventative maintenance on CNC saws and related systems
