Job summary

Brava Roof Tile in Washington, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician IIII (Industrial Maintenance Electrician) to install and remove manufacturing equipment and carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and panels. You will lead infrastructure projects from start to finish and support controls and automation development.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Formal industrial maintenance electrician training or degree.
3-5 years industrial maintenance electrical experience.
3+ years work order management experience.

Responsibilities

Work with and delegate duties on large projects to contractors or maintenance teams.
Generate and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, parts used with CMMS software.
Spec out and order supplies needed to complete task.
Read technical drawings and schematics (electrical & hydraulic).
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, valve bodies, coils, etc.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, material handling systems, etc.
Assist in building maintenance team (share knowledge and mentor).
