Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in industrial maintenance/mechatronics with competency in at least two specialty skills in mechanical power transmission, electrical, or PLC/Controls.
• Basic welding/fabrication skills required.
• Associates degree or related certificates may substitute.
• Military experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems.
• Diagnose simple mechanical power transmission issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and attend required trainings.
• Work with supervision on preventive/corrective maintenance tasks.
• May participate in smaller scope projects.
• Identify PLC components and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform welding or fabrication as needed.
