Responsibilities

• Provides basic preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems in mainly mechanical power transmission and will work to build stronger skills in electrical and PLC/controls and welding/fabrication.
• Diagnoses simple mechanical power transmission issues visually or audibly at the single component level
• Adheres to safety standards and promotes a safe work environment
• May require assistance/supervision in preventative/corrective maintenance tasks
• May participate in smaller scope projects
• May be required to work a flexible schedule including all days and shifts as the business need dictates
• Performs other duties as assigned
