Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead preventive maintenance and repairs across plant equipment and structures. You will install and troubleshoot production machinery, perform welding and light machining, and work with a mobile mechanic when required.

Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and strong mechanical aptitude. You must be able to read manuals, use CMMS, and lift up to 80 lbs in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, and electricity.
• Familiar with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and work in varying plant conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to plant structures.
• Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special machines.
• Test and troubleshoot faulty machinery and complete repairs.
• Install equipment and electrical components and test proper function.
• Dismantle equipment to access and replace defective parts.
• MIG/Stick welding, torch cutting, and light machining as needed.
• Use hand and power tools to repair and maintain equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with mobile mechanic as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
