Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Reliability Engineering Technician to ensure equipment availability and optimal performance across the site, supporting the delivery of clinical trial medicines.

You will execute predictive maintenance programs, analyze equipment health data, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance strategies, all in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s-like requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years in trade or technical program
• Hands-on experience with vibration, thermography and ultrasound condition monitoring
• Experience with precision maintenance practices and rotating equipment
• Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis tools, MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive maintenance routes (vibration, ultrasound, thermography, oil sampling)
• Perform precision lubrication and alignments per OEM specs
• Document findings in GMARS and track work orders
• Analyze equipment data to spot anomalies and failure precursors
• Support root cause analysis for critical equipment failures and close corrective actions
• Review and optimize preventive maintenance plans using reliability data
• Maintain accurate PdM records in GMARS including labor hours
• Communicate equipment health to maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
• Produce reports on PdM program performance and overall equipment health
• Provide field troubleshooting support, including outside normal hours
