Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a multi-craft maintenance role within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Associate degree/technical cert preferred.
• Proficient use of CMMS Maximo and other Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of manufacturing equipment across utilities, tanks, and facilities.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance in all maintenance tasks.
• Review and complete work orders and documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.
• Train and mentor technicians and pass on technical knowledge.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to resolve equipment issues.
