Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold top-quality service for residents and properties. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, prep vacant apartments, and keep the building safe and clean.

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Available for on-call emergencies and after-hours coverage.
Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
Reliable transportation and good communication skills.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Showing care and concern for our residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Preserving the building's beauty and safety through upkeep, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Working weekends or evenings and on-call for after-hour emergencies.
