Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Available for on-call emergencies.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
- Reliable transportation and good communication skills.
- Professional appearance and basic computer skills.
- Service-minded with a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Resolve service tickets and perform preventative maintenance.
- Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with turnover repairs.
- Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- Work weekends or evenings and be on call after hours.
