Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances across our residential communities. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, handle service requests, and prep vacant units while maintaining property grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, grounds upkeep and snow removal.
• Provide residents with excellent customer service.
• Be on weekends/evenings and on-call for after-hours emergencies.
