Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance systems across our properties. You’ll prepare vacant units for turnover, maintain the building, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience or formal trades education, with the ability to handle on-call emergencies, lift heavy objects, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and 10–20 lbs constantly.
• Reliable transportation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with turnover repairs.
• Uphold building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
