Job summary

Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth to service our Living Fully communities. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs, and ensure timely move-ins with high resident satisfaction.

The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with on-call rotations and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall and painting.
• Able to turn over apartments within 5 days.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors and team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to residents and maintain curb appeal.
• Address maintenance requests promptly.
• Identify hazardous conditions and ensure resident safety.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in within five days.
• Perform HVAC, painting, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Maintain grounds and cleanliness.
• Respond to emergency calls when on-call.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours.
• Schedule vacancies for 5-day turns.
• Assign service requests for 24-hour turnaround.
