Job summary

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Must have his/her own tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Support site management by following the preventive maintenance program.
• Complete weekly work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Walk the property daily to identify issues before they worsen.
• Ensure all vacant units are ready for occupancy.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist Porters with grounds maintenance as needed.
