Job summary

Candidates should have a YHS diploma with 5+ years of experience or a related certificate with 3+ years, or an associate degree with 1+ year. Strong tool proficiency and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and measuring tools.
• 5+ yrs with YHS diploma or 3+ yrs with certificate or 1+ yr with associates degree.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AbbVie’s code of conduct.
• Maintains department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
• Capable of training others on tasks.
• Begin to demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines.
• Perform advanced level tasks in core function with intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
• Assist cross-functional teams outside the maintenance organization.
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within maintenance and site.
• Follow all safety and GMP regulations.
