Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform unit turns, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance at Kinwood Townhomes. You will collaborate with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction, with an emphasis on safety and timely service.

Eligible candidates should have 3+ years in maintenance, be able to input notes in English, and hold CAMT/CPO credentials as a plus. Full-time, on-site, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a maintenance role, multifamily preferred.
• Proficiency with unit turns and appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills for notes in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks, unit turns and work orders.
• Coordinate with leasing staff for smooth operations.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA/SDS guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair issues in homes and common areas.
• Maintain property grounds and appearance.
• Be on-call for emergencies as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
