Job summary

Distribution Management, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead onsite repairs of material handling equipment, conveyors, and dock systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, coordinate with managers and vendors, and maintain records. In this role you will troubleshoot motors, sensors, VFDs, and control systems, interpret schematics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a maintenance technician.
• Ability to interpret electrical or mechanical schematics and manuals.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with peers and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic web-based applications.
• Commitment to safety, accurate documentation, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on repairs and serve as onsite contact for Managers and Supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, inspections, and repairs on MHE, conveyors, wrappers, and case sealers.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and dock equipment.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement long‑term solutions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and outside vendors on major repairs and projects.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair histories; ensure safety compliance.
