Job summary

Distribution Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Dallas facilities to perform preventative maintenance on MHE, conveyors, dock doors, and related warehouse equipment.

You will troubleshoot, inspect, lubricate, and repair across the distribution center under established procedures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience on material handling systems and building equipment or a related trade/technical program.
• Basic knowledge of electrical theory (AC/DC, single/three phase) and mechanical powertrain systems.
• Basic carpentry and plumbing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on MHE, conveyors, dock doors, and warehouse equipment across Distribution Center.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and component replacement.
• Perform predictive maintenance using ultrasound, infrared thermometer, and multimeter.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and safe working areas.
