Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA, seeks a Maintenance Technician (Starlink) Level 4/5 to keep critical assets in optimal condition. You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, CNC controls and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

You’ll work closely with engineers to minimize downtime and improve asset availability. Expect 3+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to work 1st or 2nd shifts, and a valid Washington driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience with corrective and preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or electrical repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all assets to ensure proper operating condition.
• Troubleshoot, repair control devices such as PLCs, HMIs, CNC controls.
• Tighten, replace, and calibrate mechanical and electrical system components.
• Drive forklifts and company vehicles.
• Provide maintenance on vacuum chambers, thermal chambers, CNC machines, and production automation equipment.
